We are looking for a passionate and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end hiring activities, ensuring timely and high-quality talent acquisition across a wide range of roles from high-volume hiring to specialized positions.

What You'll Do
- Lead and optimize the full recruitment process to ensure talent is acquired on time and in alignment with the workforce plan.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and key positions across Head Office functions and business units.
- Provide guidance to candidates and stakeholders regarding recruitment and transition procedures.
- Partner closely with senior leaders to understand talent needs, define candidate profiles, and design effective hiring strategies.
- Oversee recruitment operations and ensure an exceptional candidate experience for high-level roles
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, with proven success in managing diverse hiring portfolios.
- At least 2 years of managerial or team-leading experience in recruitment (high-level position).
- Strong experience collaborating with business units and driving recruitment initiatives end-to-end.
