Job Description

Role Overview:

You will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for senior and critical technical roles at MTI Technology Vietnam, including developers, data scientists, scrum masters, product owners, and other tech-related positions.

Beyond execution, you will act as a strategic talent partner to the hiring managers, advising workforce planning, market insights, sourcing strategy, and talent mapping. You will also lead and drive Employer Branding initiatives to strengthen MTI's positioning in the tech talent market.

1. Talent Acquisition:

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for mid-to-senior technical roles.
  • Work with Hiring Managers to define hiring strategy, clarify competency frameworks, and align expectations.
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, referral programs, tech communities, talent mapping).
  • Build and maintain a qualified talent pipeline for critical roles.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize hiring efficiency (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, conversion rate).
  • Ensure high-quality candidate experience and stakeholder management.
  • Provide market insights (salary benchmark, competitor hiring trends, talent availability).
  • Coach junior recruiters (if any) and standardize recruitment best practices.

2. Employer Branding:

  • Develop and execute Employer Branding plans aligned with hiring priorities.
  • Manage and optimize social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
  • Build partnerships with Universities and tech communities.
  • Organize and represent MTI in career events, workshops, and job fairs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create authentic employee branding content.
  • Track EB effectiveness (engagement, conversion to applicant, talent pipeline impact).

Requirements:

  • Minimum 35 years of experience in IT Talent Acquisition, with proven success in hiring mid-to-senior technical roles.
  • Candidates are required to have a bachelor's degree.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic sourcing and talent mapping.
  • Experience leading or owning Employer Branding initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment data and translate insights into action.
  • Experience working with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to influence and drive change.
