Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam for a Senior Technical Recruiter. In this role, you will oversee the full life cycle of recruitment, including developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews for technical roles. Other responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, managing the hiring process, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and promoting I-Konect Global's employer brand.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
• Experience with Technical Recruiting and Recruiting for technical and specialized roles
• Strong Communication skills for candidate engagement and collaboration with hiring managers
• Experience in talent search, sourcing, and headhunting is an advantage
• Expertise in building meaningful relationships with candidates and team members
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
