Working time: Mon - Sat morning (8AM - 5PM)
Main responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies:- Define recruitment strategies, including sourcing channels, screening methods, and interview processes.
- Coordinate with departments to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment plans for each position.
- Improve and optimize recruitment processes to shorten hiring time and enhance candidate quality.
2. Manage and execute recruitment activities:- Oversee all recruitment stages, including writing job descriptions, posting job ads, screening CVs, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Directly execute recruitment activities as required, ensuring hiring targets are met on time with high quality.
- Ensure candidates are evaluated fairly, accurately, and aligned with job requirements.
3. Partnership management & Employer branding:- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment partners such as agencies, universities, and training organizations.
- Participate in developing and promoting the company's employer brand to create a strong impression among potential candidates.
- Plan and implement employer branding activities.
4. Recruitment performance evaluation:- Track and analyze recruitment data, and prepare periodic reports for the HR Manager.
- Propose improvements to the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
5. Recruitment budget management:- Support in developing and managing the annual recruitment budget, ensuring cost efficiency.
- Monitor and control expenses related to recruitment activities, including job ads, interview costs, and other hiring expenses.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in large-scale companies in the Pharmaceutical, Food, or Cosmetics industries, or in trading, manufacturing, and distribution sectors.
- Proficient in the full recruitment process: planning, job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Ability to build detailed job descriptions and define hiring requirements suitable for the importdistribution business model.
- Solid understanding of candidate competency assessment, including behavioral interviews and technical skill evaluations.
- Strong experience with online recruitment channels and building a pipeline of potential candidates.
- Ability to promote employer branding to attract high-quality candidates in the trading/distribution sector.
- Good English communication skills.
