Responsibilities:
- Operate and ensure the stability and availability of IT infrastructure supporting internal systems.
- Administer physical servers, virtualization, and container platforms; ensure systems run continuously 24/7.
- Act as a DevOps role for internal application systems, supporting development teams to deploy software securely and efficiently.
- Build, operate, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines for Dev / Staging / Production environments.
- Implement and maintain Backup and Disaster Recovery solutions for assigned systems.
- Coordinate with Network, Development teams, and external partners to troubleshoot incidents and improve systems.
- Apply AI tools and automation to optimize operations, reduce manual tasks, and improve service quality.
Requirements:
Experience
- 24 years of experience as a System Engineer / System Administrator / DevOps Engineer.
- Hands-on experience operating production systems is mandatory.
Technical Skills
- Administration of Linux (CentOS/Ubuntu) and Windows Server.
- Experience with virtualization and container technologies (Docker).
- Experience using CI/CD tools and source code management systems (Git).
- Ability to use AI tools to support automation, monitoring, and operational optimization.
Communication & Working Style
- Strong operational mindset with a focus on system stability.
- Logical problem-solving, proactive, and responsible.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple teams: Infrastructure, Network, Development, and Vendors.
