Responsible for managing, operating, and optimizing the Data Center's IT infrastructure (Network, Security, Systems, and Virtualization), ensuring high availability, optimal performance, and security of the operational monitoring platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and operate the IT infrastructure, including network, firewall, and server systems supporting the Data Center's operational monitoring platform
- Manage VMware virtualization platforms and physical servers, ensuring optimal performance and high availability for virtual machines
- Operate and maintain Linux and Windows Server environments
- Design, optimize, and perform capacity planning for the IT infrastructure
- Automate operational tasks (deployment, backup, and configuration) using scripting languages or configuration management tools
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for complex system incidents and implement permanent corrective actions
- Develop SOPs, incident response playbooks, and provide technical guidance to team members.
Requirements:
1.Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience operating enterprise IT infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere/ESXi or KVM/Proxmox
- Practical experience designing and operating High Availability environments, including Clustering, Load Balancing, Disaster Recovery (DR) sites, and multi-layer Backup & Recovery solutions
- Hands-on experience with enterprise hardware, including servers, switches, routers, and firewalls.
2.Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS) and Windows Server, including OS hardening and Identity & Privileged Access Management (IAM/PAM)
- Strong networking knowledge, including Routing, Switching, VLAN, NAT, VPN, Firewall architecture (Stateful Inspection, Next-Generation Firewall), and network security principles
- Good understanding of High Availability (HA), Clustering, Load Balancing, and Disaster Recovery (DR) architectures
- Familiar with ITIL/ISO 20000 operational processes and ISO 27001 information security standards.
3.Skills
- Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter), including VM troubleshooting and resource optimization (CPU, RAM, Storage)
- Experience configuring and managing Firewall, Switch, and Router devices.
- Experience deploying and managing centralized monitoring and logging platforms such as Prometheus/Grafana, Zabbix, ELK Stack, Loki, or SIEM/Syslog
- Proficient in Bash scripting, PowerShell, or Ansible for infrastructure automation.
- Good technical English for reading documentation, writing SOPs, and communicating with international partners.
