Senior Supply Chain Planner

Our client, a global manufacturing company in the luxury goods sector, is looking for a Senior Supply Chain Specialist for manufacturing to join their dynamic and diverse team.

Responsibilities as followed:

- Develop and optimize tactical supply plans (39 months) to ensure product availability across RDCs, while balancing inventory cost, capacity utilization, and working capital efficiency.

- Collaborate closely with Demand Planning, Controlling, and Production Network teams to align supply forecasts, manage risks and opportunities, and ensure smooth handovers to assigned manufacturers.

- Oversee supply execution, including weekly purchase order management, supplier coordination, and production load optimization in line with strategic production plans.

- Monitor and rebalance inventory across RDCs to maintain service levels, minimize logistics costs, and proactively adjust stock levels in response to demand or supply fluctuations.

- Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, strengthen tacticalstrategic interfaces, and contribute to cost optimization and service performance initiatives.

We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates the following:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 6+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an international company with complex supply chain operations.

- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in SAP (preferred).

- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.

- Results-driven, flexible, and adaptable in a fast-changing business environment.
