Senior Strategy & Planning Advisor (Senior Manager/ Center Director Level)

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead development of corporate and business unit strategies.
2. Translate strategy into OKRs and execution roadmaps.
3. Build and evaluate business cases and investment plans.
4. Drive strategic initiatives and transformation programs.
5. Monitor execution and track strategic KPIs.
6. Ensure cross-functional alignment.
7. Deliver assigned initiatives/projects aligned with business objectives.
8. Other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree or above (master's preferred) in Business, Finance, or Economics.
• Experience in Finance, Banking, Insurance, or companies with large-scale sales forces is preferred.

Experience

• At least 8–10 years experience in a similar area.
• Experience in consumer finance, insurance, or banking is a plus.
