  • Lead and supervise a team of 20–30 staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
  • Build and maintain a positive working environment, fostering teamwork, motivation, and individual development.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance; implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets while optimizing profitability.
  • Manage store operations at scale (over 9,000 SKUs), ensuring efficiency in merchandising, sales, and inventory flow.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering, replenishment, stock-taking, and loss prevention.
  • Ensure store visual merchandising meets brand standards, creating an attractive shopping environment to drive sales.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by effectively handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
  • Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures, including cash handling, loss prevention, and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate in executing marketing initiatives to attract new customers and improve customer retention.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, and key performance indicators to support business decisions.
Job RequirementsExperience & Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in retail, including at least 1–2 years in a Store Manager (or equivalent leadership) role.
  • Proven experience managing teams of 20–30 employees.
  • Preferably experienced in handling multiple product categories or managing large-scale stores (over 9,000 SKUs).
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
  • Solid analytical skills with a good understanding of sales principles and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
  • Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and retail operations.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and retail management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with a proactive and continuous learning mindset in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Willing to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Good command of English; Mandarin is a plus.
