As a Senior Staff Engineer DFT, you will be responsible for leading the self-driven implementation of DFT circuitry for advanced microcontroller products and contributing to the overall DFT methodology.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Lead the self-driven implementation of the DFT circuitry for highly complex microcontroller products.
- Implement and optimize Scan insertion, ATPG, LBIST, and MBIST architectures.
- Verify the DFT implementation and ensure timely Test pattern delivery for volume production testing.
- Support Silicon bring-up activities to guarantee the highest stability of the test patterns.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the overall microcontroller DFT methodology.
- Mentor and guide younger talents within the engineering team
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in DFT of highly complex SoCs.
- Expert knowledge of DFT methods for state-of-the-art MPU/MCU products.
- Strong proficiency in DFT RTL insertion, including MBIST and SRAM repair.
- Solid experience in scan insertion and ATPG methodologies.
- Proven track record of debugging test pattern issues effectively.
- Proficiency in programming or scripting languages.
- Intermediate level of English communication skills.
