1. Position PurposeThe Senior Specialist – Corporate Culture & Employee Engagement is responsible for effectively implementing the Company's Corporate Culture and Employee Engagement initiatives in alignment with organizational strategies. This role ensures the consistent execution of programs that deliver a positive employee experience, foster the adoption of desired cultural behaviors, and contribute to measurable improvements in employee engagement.
2. Key Responsibilities2.1. Corporate Culture & Employee Engagement Program Implementation- Develop detailed implementation plans and execute corporate culture, employee recognition & appreciation, and engagement programs based on the Company's annual, quarterly, and monthly plans aligned with the Group's strategic direction.
- Design and implement programs that are delivered on schedule, achieve defined objectives and KPIs, and are tailored to different employee segments and business characteristics.
- Ensure all program content consistently reflects the Company's core values and cultural messages while complying with internal policies, codes of conduct, data privacy requirements, and applicable Vietnamese laws and regulations.
2.2. Internal Communications- Execute multi-channel internal communication initiatives (both online and offline) to ensure messages are communicated clearly, consistently, and appropriately to target audiences.
- Proactively develop and optimize communication content to increase employee reach, engagement, and participation.
2.3. Employee Experience & Event Management- Coordinate and manage end-to-end execution of internal events and employee engagement activities, including planning, logistics, on-site operations, post-event evaluation, and performance analysis.
- Manage the entire participant journey before, during, and after each program to ensure high-quality execution and a positive employee experience.
2.4. Measurement, Analysis & Continuous Improvement- Administer periodic surveys, including Employee Engagement Surveys, Pulse Surveys, and post-event satisfaction surveys.
- Consolidate and analyze survey data, prepare periodic reports, and provide actionable recommendations based on insights.
- Collect feedback from employees and key stakeholders, proactively recommend improvements to program content, delivery methods, and execution processes to enhance overall effectiveness.
3. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)- Program Participation Rate: ≥ 80%
- Participant Satisfaction Score: ≥ 4.2/5 (80%)
- Internal Stakeholder Satisfaction Score (Cross-functional Survey): ≥ 4.0/5 (75%)
- Employee Engagement Score: ≥ 7.5/10 (75%) or as defined for each phase
- Employee Engagement Survey (EES): Achieve target score or demonstrate improvement compared to the previous assessment cycle
- On-time Program Delivery Rate: ≥ 90%
- Internal Communication Effectiveness: Continuous growth in communication reach and engagement metrics, averaging at least 5,500 new followers per year
- Continuous Improvement: Each program delivers at least 1–2 measurable improvements for future implementation.
Job RequirementsThe successful candidate should possess strong planning and execution capabilities, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and timely delivery.
Qualifications & Competencies- Strong experience in planning and executing employee engagement and corporate culture initiatives.
- Proficient in managing multi-channel internal communications.
- Comfortable utilizing digital technologies and tools, including online survey platforms, AI-assisted content creation, and basic dashboards for reporting and analytics.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft clear and engaging messages for diverse employee groups.
- Strong employee-centric mindset with an understanding of diverse workforce environments, particularly manufacturing or industrial operations.
- Ability to interpret basic data and translate insights into practical recommendations and action plans.
- Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset by optimizing programs based on participant feedback and performance metrics.
- Proactive, accountable, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
Salary range: 20-25mil gross/ month
Working day: Monday - Friday, 07:30 AM - 5:45 PM
