Job Description

• Develop and optimize Card Management System (CMS) and transaction processing (Switching, Authorization).
• Research and implement advanced card technologies: contactless, virtual cards, Tokenization, NFC, QR Payment, Open API, Blockchain.
• Collaborate with Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Amex to launch new features and expand payment services.
• Integrate card services with digital financial ecosystems (e-wallets, BNPL, Fintech, Open Banking).
• Manage and optimize card technology system performance.
• Ensure compliance with security standards (PCI DSS, EMV, 3D Secure, PSD2, ISO 8583).
• Participate in large-scale card technology projects with vendors and internal teams

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Banking & Finance.

3-5+ years of experience in card technology, payment systems, or fintech.

Strong knowledge of CMS, Switching, ISO 8583, Tokenization, and digital payments.

Proficiency in Java, .NET, Python, SQL is a plus.

Understanding of global security & compliance standards (Visa, Mastercard, PCI DSS, EMV).

Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and teamwork skills
