Kredivo is a leading digital credit platform in Southeast Asia that gives customers instant credit financing for ecommerce and offline purchases, as well as personal loans, based on real-time decisioning. We are looking for a driven, analytical, and highly structured professional to join our B2B Partnership team to accelerate our merchant ecosystem and drive impactful business growth.

Role Overview

As a Senior Specialist/ Assistant Manager in B2B Partnership, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of key strategic merchant accounts and B2B deals. You will act as the crucial bridge between Kredivo and our enterprise partners, leading everything from the initial pitch and business solutioning to integration, launch, and long-term performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deal Execution & Pitching: Identify, evaluate, and pitch Kredivo's financing solutions to potential B2B partners and major enterprise merchants to expand our ecosystem.
  • Solutioning & Negotiation: Lead commercial and operational discussions. Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Risk, Legal) to craft tailored, win-win business solutions that align with the merchant's goals and Kredivo's capabilities.
  • Onboarding & Project Management: Drive the end-to-end merchant onboarding process. Work closely with the Product team to ensure smooth and timely integration and operational setup.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Post-launch, track and analyze key account metrics (e.g., GMV, transaction volume, approval rates, user acquisition). Use data-driven insights to design joint promotional campaigns or process improvements that maximize performance.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain deep, trusted relationships with merchant stakeholders to ensure long-term retention and unlock upsell or co-marketing opportunities.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of solid experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Partnerships, ideally within the Fintech, Banking, E-commerce, or B2B SaaS sectors.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of B2B business models, digital payment ecosystems, and partnership dynamics in Vietnam.
  • Analytical & Data Mindset: Highly numbers-oriented. You don't just pull data; you translate metrics into clear actionable strategies to grow merchant GMV.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Familiarity with digital payment user journey and workflows is highly valued.
  • SQL knowledge is a plus to independently query performance data and discuss with the PA team.
  • Communication:Good command of English (both written and spoken) to collaborate with regional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Soft Skills: Strong project management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile fintech environment.
