Key Responsibilities
1. Consulting & Presales
- Develop and present solution proposals, demos, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) that highlight the value of AI/Data Intelligence adoption.
- Lead client workshops to identify AI and Data opportunities across BSFI domains.
- Translate business use cases into technical solution blueprints including architecture, data models, and integration patterns.
- Work closely with the sales department to secure new customers and partners
- Work closely with Product / Engineering Management to provide feedback of VNG Products and Services to customers
2. Solution Design
- Cloud & Data Platform Design: Architect AI-enabled data platforms leveraging Data Lakehouse, MLOps, and governance frameworks to unify structured and unstructured financial data.
- AI Agents & Chatbots: Design AI-driven conversational agents and enterprise chatbots for customer engagement, process automation, and knowledge retrieval.
- Intelligent Document Processing (IDP): Implement AI-powered document understanding for automated extraction, validation, and classification of financial records, invoices, and compliance reports.
3. Collaboration & Delivery
- Work with product team and engineers to ensure successful handover from presales to delivery.
- Support migration and modernization initiatives (example: on-prem system cloud-based Data Platform / AI Platform).
Requirements
- Demonstrated solution sales and/or technical presales experience (prefer >= 2 years experience in the same role or level)
- Comprehensive understanding of banking domain processes, including core banking, lending and payment systems, risk and compliance frameworks, AML/KYC operations, and digital customer engagement models.
- AI & Data Platform Expertise: Data Lakehouse architecture, MLOps, RAG pipelines, GenAI integration, and API-driven ecosystem design.
- Familiar with security and compliance frameworks in the BFSI sector: ISO 27001, PCI DSS, GDPR, MAS TRM, NIST, etc.
- Ability to design cloud and data architectures that comply with data residency and financial regulatory requirements (e.g., State Bank of Vietnam / financial regulators).
- Experience working with software application development project or knowledge on Software development lifecycle
- Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment; must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter and be able to learn new technologies quickly
- Ability to proactively and effectively communication and collaboration with stakeholders in various level
- Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities. Good time management skills is required
- IT Bachelor or IT Engineer degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of Hybrid Cloud, Multi-Cloud, and Private Cloud / On-Prem integration models.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Professional cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are a strong advantage.
- Industry relevant professional certifications in IT Management, Project Management or Business Management are desirable and a plus
