Department: User Innovation
Report to: Head of User Innovation
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand technical and business requirements.
- Design and develop technology solutions, ensuring feasibility and scalability, and document high-level design.
- Review low-level design documents to ensure alignment with high-level design and technical requirements.
- Oversee implementation of code by the development team, ensuring compliance with design documents.
- Establish and maintain standards and processes to ensure quality and consistency of solutions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to development and deployment teams.
- Monitor and evaluate performance of deployed solutions and propose improvements.
- Evaluate business needs and align technology strategy to support those needs.
- Bridge communication between technology team and business operations.
- Analyze technology environment, document requirements, and control solution development.
- Support project management and perform assigned duties from Head of User Innovation.
- Ensure solutions meet scalability, performance, security, and reliability requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in solution architect.
- Strong analysis of the technology environment and enterprise specifics.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, microservices, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Experience designing solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Solid knowledge of databases (SQL & NoSQL) and data architecture.
- Understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipeline design.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken, is a plus.
