About the Role

We are seeking a high-impact, hands-on Senior Solution Architect to lead the design and execution of scalable, enterprise-grade systems. This role goes beyond conceptual architecture—you will own the full lifecycle from strategy to delivery, ensuring solutions are robust, cost-efficient, and production-ready. You will act as a key technical advisor to executive leadership, bridging business vision with technology execution while driving architectural excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Architecture & System Design

• Design end-to-end technical solutions aligned with business needs

• Define architecture blueprints (application, data, integration, infrastructure)

• Apply microservices, domain-driven design (DDD), and event-driven architecture

• Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability

2. Cloud & Platform Architecture

• Architect solutions on AWS, GCP, Azure

• Define multi-cloud and Kubernetes strategies

• Establish IaC and cost optimization principles

• Align with DevOps for CI/CD and observability

3. Integration & API Strategy

• Design API-first architecture (REST, GraphQL)

• Define API governance and security standards

• Enable seamless internal and external integrations

4. Data & AI Architecture

• Design data pipelines and warehousing

• Ensure data governance and compliance

• Enable real-time analytics and AI readiness

5. Security & Compliance Architecture

• Apply secure-by-design principles

• Ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC2

• Conduct risk assessments and threat modeling

6. Technical Leadership & Governance

• Define architecture standards and guidelines

• Review system designs and guide engineering teams

• Mentor engineers on system design

7. Business & Product Alignment

• Translate business needs into scalable solutions

• Support MVP to scale journey

• Balance trade-offs between speed, cost, and scalability

Key Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise technology roles within product-driven or corporate IT environments

• Proven expertise in cloud computing, distributed systems, and high-scale architectures.

• Deep knowledge of microservices, API-driven architectures, and automation frameworks.

• Hands-on experience in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), Kubernetes, and DevOps.

• Knowledge of MarTech, eCommerce, and direct sales technology solutions is a plus.

• Excellent ability to align technology and product development with business goals, ensuring ROI-driven decisions.

• Track record of transforming legacy systems into modern, scalable architectures.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for continuous innovation and disruption.

• Ability to influence C-level executives, investors, and external partners.

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken), with the ability to effectively communicate in a global working environment
