We are looking for an experienced Senior Solution Architect to join our team at EPAM Vietnam. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on expertise and the ability to bridge business needs with innovative technical solutions. You will play a key role in defining strategies, guiding teams and driving technological transformation, including the adoption of AI trends and emerging technologies.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance and direction to the team, ensuring alignment with project and business goals
- Act as a hands-on technical leader when necessary, driving critical decisions and solutions
- Serve as a technical partner for business stakeholders, bridging business needs with technical solutions
- Define and establish technical strategies, frameworks, and implementation approaches for projects
- Introduce and adopt emerging technologies, including AI trends, to drive innovation and transformation
- Oversee and manage release cycles, collaborating with teams for planning and execution, and maintain operational documentation such as Run Books
- Mentor team members, provide coaching, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence
- Communicate technology decisions effectively to senior management and ensure adherence to best practices within technical operations
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in solution architecture, systems design and assessment, as well as software development
- Deep and comprehensive knowledge of architecture, design patterns and the technological landscape across multiple domains (e.g., Data Platforms, AI/ML, Backend, Mobile), with expert-level proficiency in each
- Proven mastery in consulting, advisory and technical leadership
- Extensive hands-on experience with AI engineering and emerging technologies, with a track record of successful adoption and integration
- Expert in cloud design patterns, security, time estimation and cost management, with the ability to replatform and apply best practices
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with presales experience and strong client/stakeholder management consulting
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English at C1 level
