We're looking for Experienced Backend Engineers to join a fast-scaling digital banking platform. Location: District 1
Compensation: Up to VND 120M /month, depending on experience and interview outcomes.
This is more than a typical development role. You'll work in an AI-driven engineering environment, using modern tools to accelerate delivery while focusing on architecture, system design, and code quality.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain scalable microservices (Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot)
- Work with distributed systems and event-driven architecture (Kafka)
- Design APIs and review code (both human- and AI-assisted)
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and regional teams
- Contribute to system design and technical decision-making
What we're looking for
- Strong English communication skills are required, as you'll collaborate closely with international teams in a fast-paced environment
- Around 5+ years of backend development experience
- Strong proficiency in Java or Kotlin with Spring Boot
- Experience with microservices, cloud environments, or event-driven systems
- Openness to using AI tools in development workflows
