At Two in the Loop, we're leveraging AI to make recruiting more human by developing products that free recruiters from mundane manual work.

Our goal is to allow them to spend most of their time with candidates & clients to allow for better processes & better outcomes for all sides.

We're a small team & iterating rapidly, this means there is a lot of energy & fun to be had, but that it also can be challenging at times.

We've already found product-market-fit for two of our solutions, but need to make them work flawlessly to be able to execute with more customers.

Role Description

This is a full-time (mostly) remote position for a Senior Software Engineer.

The onboarding period will be in Da Nang in-person, anything after that can be done remotely 99% of the time.

We're looking for an engineer who can take half-baked concepts and ship functional

products. You'll inherit existing scripts MVPs, understand them quickly, and build them into

something we can sell at scale.

This isn't maintenance work. This is 01 territory.

What You'll Do

• Take product concepts and turn them into working MVPs
• Take MVPs and build them into production-ready applications
• Build, maintain & improve our current Data Pipeline
• Constantly improve our current scraping capabilities
• Work with LLMs to extract, analyze, and enrich data
• Extend and improve our existing Python codebases
• Move fast without breaking things (too badly)

What We're Looking For

Technical Skills

• Strong Python development
• Web scraping expertise: Playwright, Httpx, Apify, Bright Data
• Solid understanding of LLMs and prompt engineering
• Experience with data enrichment and transformation pipelines
• Comfortable reading and extending other people's code

The Intangibles

• You ship. Perfectionism is great, but shipping is better.
• You figure things out. Documentation is sparse, requirements change, you adapt.
• You communicate clearly. Async-first means writing matters.
• You're curious. If you're not prompting LLMs in your spare time, this probably isn't the
