Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Engineering: Architect and develop secure, scalable, and well-tested features across a modern full-stack environment, including TypeScript/Node.js backend and React frontend.
- API-First Infrastructure: Contribute to and scale a robust API-driven architecture, enabling seamless integration of digital insurance and financial products.
- AI & Generative AI Integration: Design and deploy AI-powered features leveraging Large Language Models (e.g., Claude, Gemini), supporting use cases such as intelligent claims automation and LLM-assisted operational tooling.
- Agentic Workflows & Automation: Build and optimize multi-step, AI-driven (agentic) workflows to streamline and automate manual processes across claims handling, customer support, and partner onboarding.
- Cloud & Distributed Systems: Ensure high system reliability and performance within AWS environments. Work hands-on with a modern data ecosystem including PostgreSQL, Redis, DocumentDB, and Kafka.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Platform Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Quality, Security & Compliance: Drive continuous improvements in code quality, performance, and system security. Ensure all solutions—including AI components—comply with strict regulatory standards and follow best practices in data governance and AI safety.
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a relentless focus on delivering clean, scalable, and high-quality code.
- Exceptional proficiency in the JavaScript ecosystem, specifically demonstrating deep expertise in TypeScript and Node.js.
- A proven, verifiable track record of integrating cutting-edge Large Language Model (LLM) APIs into live, production-grade environments.
- Strong grasp of modern system design paradigms, deeply rooted in SOLID principles andDomain-Driven Design (DDD).
- Comprehensive hands-on experience navigating AWSecosystems. Highly proficient in working with relational databases (PostgreSQL), NoSQL solutions (DocumentDB), and caching layers (Redis), alongside containerization (Docker) and robust CI/CD pipelines.
- Full professional proficiency in English to ensure seamless cross-border collaboration.
- Practical knowledge of building and scaling event-driven systems (e.g., utilizing Kafka).
