As Vingroup's digital shield, VinSOC continuously updates, researches, and analyzes the latest cyberattack trends; tests and applies advanced technologies to strengthen defense capabilities and enable fast, accurate threat detection and incident response.

1. Position Responsibilities
- Design architecture and develop secure, maintainable backend modules (Golang/Python) and frontend components (React/Vue).
- Build technical dashboards and workflow systems for security operations teams.
- Integrate log ingestion systems, correlation pipelines, message queues (Kafka), and AI/ML analytics components.
- Propose and implement solutions to improve scalability, performance, maintainability, and system security.
- Mentor junior/mid-level engineers and participate in architecture and code reviews.
- Collaborate closely with Product, DevOps, and AI teams to turn ideas into working features.
2. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 6+ years of hands-on software development experience with real product delivery.
- Proficient in backend development (at least one of: Golang, Python) and frontend frameworks (React or Vue).
- Strong experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD, and familiarity with Kubernetes and observability stacks (ELK, Prometheus...).
- In-depth understanding of microservices architecture, API Gateway, and event-driven systems.
- Experience working with complex log systems, stream processing, or alert management workflows.
- Strong system thinking, clean coding skills, and effective technical communication.
Preferred:
- Experience working on systems related to cybersecurity (SIEM, SOAR, SOC, XDR, Threat Detection).
- Hands-on experience with log ingestion and correlation pipelines, or collaboration with SOC teams.
- Familiarity with standards such as MITRE ATT&CK, STIX/TAXII is a strong plus.
