KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contribute to all lifecycle phases: analysis, architecture, coding, testing, deployment & operations.
- Build cloud-ready applications, containerized and orchestrated via Kubernetes.
- Develop web applications and internal tools that power AI products.
- Build backend APIs, frontend interfaces, and integration layers that expose AI/ML capabilities to end users and other systems.
- Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and ensure service resiliency & observability.
- Integrate with the Machine Learning team to connect AI/ML services (model APIs, vector databases, inference endpoints) into production applications
- Translate ML requirements into application designs and ensure smooth, scalable data flow across the full stack.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and development tooling that support the AI product delivery lifecycle
- Ensure reliable, automated delivery from development to production environments.
- Maintain technical documentation and share knowledge across engineering and ML teams.
- Promote best practices, reusable components, coding patterns & team standards.
- Work effectively in English.
REQUIREMENTS
Need-to-have areas
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of proficiency in at least one of: Java, .NET (C#), or Python - with willingness to learn additional languages as required.
- Solid understanding of SOLID principles, common software design patterns & full understanding of the SDLC
- Hands-on experiences with CI/CD pipelines and related tooling
- Hands-on experiences with Docker & Kubernetes in production environment.
- Practical experiences with relational database (Oracle, Postqresql).
- Experience building distributed services using REST/gRPC/WebSockets.
- Authentication & authorization experience (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT).
Nice-to-have areas
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures and message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Knowledge of NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) and distributed caching (Redis).
- DevOps tooling: Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD, GitOps workflows.
- Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants in daily development, including prompt crafting and critically reviewing AI-generated code.
- Experience with hybrid cloud architecture (Azure/AWS/GCP).
- Modern front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JS, WebAssembly).
