We are looking for a proactive and passionate Social Media Researcher to join our dynamic team. If you are excited about social media trends, data analysis, and providing strategic insights to drive business outcomes, wed love to meet you!

As a Social Media Researcher, you will be responsible for analyzing social media trends, behaviors, and data to provide actionable insights that help our clients stay ahead of the curve. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop research methodologies, track performance, and offer recommendations to optimize social media campaigns and enhance brand presence.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Research Execution (35%)

  • Collaborate with clients to define research goals and translate them into clear plans
  • Organize and facilitate kick-offs, collaborating with the data team to define deliverables, data needs, and timelines for smooth execution.
  • Prepare and present reports for clients, ensuring that data is presented in an easy-to-understand format with a focus on key takeaways and next steps.
  • Monitor timelines and ensure smooth execution of research tasks.

Stakeholders Management (35%)

  • Independently handle client inquiries, ensuring clear, timely responses and satisfaction. Manage multiple projects and provide consistent updates.
  • Proactively engage with clients to address their needs and provide valuable insights.
  • Ensure alignment on research goals, timelines, and deliverables, facilitating smooth communication across departments.
  • Lead internal meetings to track project progress, address roadblocks, and drive problem-solving to keep projects on track.

Research Refinement (20%)

  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to streamline research processes and ensure high-quality results.
  • Innovation: Stay updated on social media trends and industry insights to keep research aligned with market dynamics and client needs.

Team Engagement (10%)

  • Actively ensure clear communication and smooth collaboration within the team.
  • Contribute to a respectful, supportive environment and assist the line manager in fostering professional growth.

REQUIREMENTS

Education/ Knowledge:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, Social Media, or a related field.

Skill:

  • Communication Skills

Experience:

  • At least 2 year experience in marketing field or related position

Personality:

  • Proactive: A self-starter who takes initiative, anticipates needs, and seeks solutions before problems arise.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment, able to adjust to new platforms, tools, and trends.
  • Strong Communicator: Ability to present data clearly and effectively, both written and verbal, and engage with clients or stakeholders confidently.
  • Creative Problem-Solver: Approaches challenges with creative thinking and is always looking for innovative ways to optimize strategies and processes.

Others:

  • Fluent in Vietnamese and good command of English especially writing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint and Google Spreadsheet & Slides
