WHAT YOU WILL OWN:
- Lead Communication Plan & Content Plan development aligned with client briefs and proposals.
- Translate strategy into a clear execution system: channel roles, content pillars, formats, timeline, and asset lists.
- Run & manage execution with discipline: scope, timing, and quality across multiple projects.
- Work with vendors/partners to produce high-quality content; take full responsibility for visual + copy quality control.
- Be the connector across Creative, Account, Planning, and KOL team to ensure plans stay aligned.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Have 2+ years agency experience in social management/content planning/production.
- Good English, strong communication.
- Multitasking, ownership mindset, always learning.
