Job Description
You will be the team's fastest culture & social radar — turning trending moments into meaningful content for both CTicket and Cake with a 50% – 50% scope.
50% – CTicket (Entertainment & Ticketing)
- Plan and execute social content across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms
- Stay on top of showbiz, fandoms, concerts, and idol culture to catch and ride trends in real time
- Create real-time content around viral topics, especially in music & entertainment
- Attend concerts, fan meetings, ticketing events, and on-ground activations to capture real-life content
- Shoot and edit short-form videos (TikTok/Reels) following trending formats
- Propose social campaign ideas that resonate with Gen Z and fandom communities
- Execute seeding and community engagement activities to amplify reach and shape conversations
50% – Cake (Digital Bank)
- Plan and execute social content for Cake with a youthful, social-first, Gen Z-friendly approach
- Turn finance/banking topics into simple, relatable, and shareable content
- Contribute to ideation and execution of IMC campaigns for Cake's products and services
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to execute campaigns, activations, and events
- Support brand events, sponsorship activities, partnerships, and on-ground activations when needed
- Work closely with KOLs/KOCs, production houses, media partners, and related stakeholders during campaign execution
- Apply trends, memes, and cultural conversations creatively to Cake's products and services
- Collaborate with brand/design/production teams to ensure content is both on-brand and socially engaging
- Track performance and optimize content/campaigns based on audience insights
General Responsibilities
- Monitor social listening signals, identify potential risks, and support communication handling when needed
- Coordinate with KOLs/KOCs, communities, and social partners when required
- Proactively propose new content formats and experiment quickly
- Engage directly with users across platforms in the appropriate tone of voice for each brand
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in social/content marketing or integrated marketing
- Preferably from entertainment, lifestyle, fintech, or consumer brands
- Experience supporting IMC campaigns, social campaigns, or brand activations
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and external partners
- Understanding of event operations, activations, and partnership executions
- Strong sensitivity to trends, memes, TikTok formats, and social conversations
- Ability to write across multiple tones of voice for different audiences
- Strong social/content mindset with understanding of brand marketing principles
- Strong understanding of hooks, retention, and shareability
- Basic video shooting and editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools)
- Experience in seeding, community engagement, or social activation
- Experience handling social-level communication issues or crisis situations is a plus
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to join on-ground events when needed
- Comfortable engaging directly with online communities in a brand-appropriate tone
Nice to Have
- Experience managing TikTok channels or creating viral content
- Strong understanding of fan culture, stan culture, and online community behavior
- Interest in fintech and digital lifestyle trends
- Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, etc.) to accelerate content production
- Good visual taste and understanding of Gen Z aesthetics
- Ability to balance fast-moving trends with strategic brand thinking
