1.REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of experience in social marketing (senior level or above)
- Well-connected with KOL, creators, photographers, community, industry partners.
- Good knowledge of marketing in general, digital marketing, and social media to create impact to marketing campaigns.
- Proven ability to innovate and deliver highly impactful creative campaigns.
- Proven content writing experience.
- A creative mindset and ability to think innovatively.
- Good taste of visual design.
- A logical, strategic mindset

2.RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Strategy & Creative Execution
- Integrated Strategy: Architect and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align seamlessly with Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) for new product launches.
- Creative Leadership: Drive the creative lifecycle from conceptualization to final execution, ensuring innovative ideas translate into high-impact campaigns.
- Content Localization: Adapt and localize HQ's assets for the local market, ensuring brand consistency while maintaining cultural relevance through expert copywriting and scriptwriting.
Partner & Community Management
- Ecosystem Development: Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with KOLs, creators, photographers, and industry partners to maximize brand visibility and negotiate optimal value for the brand.
- Platform Growth: Oversee always-on content and community management across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc. and to scale brand presence and audience engagement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a central liaison between Visual, PR teams to ensure a unified brand voice and visual identity across all touchpoints.
Analysis & Optimization
- Market Intelligence: Conduct rigorous competitor analysis and trend monitoring to identify emerging social media opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor social metrics to provide actionable insights, continually optimizing content performance and repurposing high-impact assets for maximum ROI.

- Project Administration: Manage all project-related documentation and administrative workflows to ensure smooth execution and compliance.
