We are now expanding our expertise into Senior Social Data Analytics, combining strategy, social insights, and performance evaluation to deliver actionable recommendations that help brands drive real business impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Social Strategy Development & Execution: Lead the creation of detailed social content pillars, content taxonomies, and editorial calendars. Translate core campaign messaging into platform-specific content strategies for execution.

- In-Depth Metrics Analysis: Conduct advanced analysis on real-time dashboard, post-level and campaign performance data. Proactively propose testing tactics and optimization data to refine social campaigns and inform future planning cycles.

- Audience & Trend Intelligence: Execute extensive social listening and competitive audits to identify white space opportunities, emerging subcultures, and consumer language to inform social strategic approach. Write clear, concise, and inspiring social briefs rooted in audience and platform insights.

- Cross-Functional Management: Act as the secondary social strategic consultant to the client's marketing leadership. Facilitate seamless collaboration between Social Strategy, Creative, Media, and Account teams.

- Reporting Support: Prepare and present detailed performance reviews to clients, focusing on data narratives and strategic implications.

Skills & Requirements

- Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in social strategy, planning, or content management, preferably on high-profile brands.

- Technical Proficiency: Highly proficient in at least two enterprise social listening/analytics platforms. Strong skills in data visualization and reporting decks (PowerPoint/Keynote). Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data entry.

- Analytical Aptitude: Exceptional ability to interpret raw social data and turn it into clear strategic direction.

- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience in formal client presentation settings.
