Requirements

Must Have

• 7+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• 2+ years designing enterprise-level ServiceNow architecture.
• ServiceNow Certified AI Architect certification OR equivalent proven experience delivering AI capabilities on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong experience with:

1. Now Assist
2. Generative AI
3. Predictive Intelligence
4. Virtual Agent
5. AI Search
6. AI Agent Framework

• Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Strong JavaScript development skills.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, APIs.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and enterprise integrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and solution consulting skills.
• Fluent English communication
