LOCATION:Plot J1-J2 Thang Long Industrial Park, Dong Anh Dist., Hanoi
Responsibilities
- Together with Customer Service team perform customer support before and after sale about all Panasonic represented machines: Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting issue, conduct training, overhaul, ...).
- Windows person, roller visit Korean customers to build up relationship, follow up and troubleshoot issue / customer requirements.
- Propose solution items, software or service package to enhance customers satisfaction.
- Report directly to SMT Service Manager and higher level.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical/Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering or related equivalent.
- Experience of technical field about maintenance and repairing Panasonic SMT equipment.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, electronic skills.
- Able to work independently and work under high pressure.
- Service mind characteristic.
- Effective communication / reporting / training skill is must.
- Korean language skill is a must
- Computer proficiency including software relevant applications.
