We are seeking a Senior SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and optimization of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. You will partner with business stakeholders to deliver scalable SAP solutions, drive continuous improvement, and support successful implementations, rollouts, and production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design for SAP SD (Sales Orders, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Credit Management, Returns).
- Configure SD components: customer master, sales document types, item categories, schedule lines, pricing procedures/conditions, output determination, billing plans, and copy controls.
- Manage integrations with MM, FI/CO, PP, WM/EWM, TM and third-party systems (EDI, tax engines, CRM); coordinate cross-functional design and testing.
- Support full project lifecycle: blueprint, build, SIT/UAT, cutover planning, go-live, hypercare, and stabilization.
- Create functional specifications for enhancements (reports, forms, interfaces, workflows); collaborate with ABAP/technical teams to deliver.
- Drive data migration readiness (customer/material/pricing), master data governance, and process controls.
- Provide production support: incident triage, root-cause analysis, defect resolution, and performance/process improvements.
- Develop documentation (BRD/FS, configuration rationale, SOPs) and deliver user training/change management support.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of SAP SD consulting experience (implementation and/or support).
- Strong expertise in O2C, pricing, billing, delivery/shipping, and SDFI integration.
- Proven stakeholder management skills and ability to lead workshops, present solutions, and influence decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and a structured, problem-solving mindset.
Nice to Have
- Experience with S/4HANA, Fiori, SAP Activate, BRIM, ATP/aATP, GTS, or EDI integrations.
- SAP SD certification and experience in regulated or high-volume transactional environments.
