Job Description

We are Kital Ltd Co., a member of Koortrade group with headquarter in ISRAEL owning plants in Singapore and Vietnam, specializing in producing flavors and fragrances for both F&B industry and home care - personal care industry.

We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Sales B2B to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key B2B customers in the fragrance industry, develop new customer, driving sales growth, and exceeding revenue targets.

MAIN DUTIES:

1. Business Development:

- Utilize your existing network to identify and pursue new business opportunities with new customers, focusing on Savory/Seasoning segment

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue

2. Sales and Revenue Growth:

- Drive sales by promoting our extensive range of products to our customers

- Negotiate agreements with a focus on long-term and mutually beneficial partnerships

- Regularly review and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement

3. Customer Relationship Management:

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly

- Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee the seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.

4. Key Account Management:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients

- Understand clients needs, challenges, and objectives to provide tailored solutions.

- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. EDUCATION:

- Bachelor degree, preferred in Food Science or Chemical Technology

- Fluent English

2. EXPERIENCE:

- SALES ORIENTED

- Track record as sales person at least 3 years working experience

- Good verbal skills with ability to establish good relations with potential clients.

- Experiences coming from Flavor and/or from F&B/ Food ingredient industry

3. KEY COMPETENCIES:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Self-confident, able to work independently and without supervision
