Position Summary
Senior Sales Operation Executive primary function of Sales Operation is responsible to support strategic country on all administrative work that relates to Commercial task & deliver team target.
You will play an essential role to:
- Support on administrative work on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly with assign task.
- Support on review and consolidation monthly sales forecast.
- Follow up call-in prospect.
- Work and align with distributor to arrange shipment and delivery.
- Develop strong analytical skill & highlight keynote from the report.
- Work together with sales team & cross function department i.e., customer service team, finance team, logistic team on order / payment / shipment arrangement and planner.
- Compile different type of reports that been assigned.
- Assist in day-to-day administrative work & orders from distributor.
- Assist in distributor's claim from customers.
- Support on quotation development.
- Liaison with inter department for products upgrading / sales forecast / system price /production plan/code creation/ shipment arrangement.
- At any time, undertake any other duties that may be assigned by the Management/ Head of Department/ Line Manager.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management or other similar educational level
- At least 3 - 5 years working experience in Sales Support / Administrative Support role
- IT skill: MS office, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good communication skill for both oral & written (English)
- Goal getter, result oriented, mature, tactful, and committed with high degree of drive and integrity
- Customer oriented. Willing to provide good service and commit to internal & external customer, multitasking & set priority
