This position is expected to successfully develop client portfolio, including new customers, renewal and enhancement of existing coverage to ensure the achievement of the sales target.
The Role
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients, particularly those in industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support insurance placement, renewal, and cross-sell efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams and insurance providers to deliver customized, competitive solutions.
- Execute sales strategies and meet assigned targets (Manufacturing Industry, Renewable Energy, wood, textile, etc.)
- Manage the end-to-end client engagement process with a focus on service quality and retention.
- Regularly report performance metrics and pipeline updates to management.
Job requirements
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance, B2B sales, or other relevant business services.
- Proven ability to develop new client relationships through various approaches, including networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven and results-focused.
