As Senior Sales Manager/ Sales Manager based in Cam Ranh, we rely on you to:
Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
Conduct daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to the resort.
Provide quick and timely responses, maintain immediate communication with the resort operations team, and develop professional long-term business relationships
We are looking for someone who:
Holds a bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
Has a minimum of 35+ years of experience in sales management within luxury hotels or resorts
Demonstrates excellent English communication skills
Shows exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
Thrives under pressure while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
