About The Role

On behalf of our client - a newly established FDI company specializing in renewable energy development across solar, battery storage, and distributed energy solutions for commercial and industrial (C&I) customers - we are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead business expansion efforts in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Backed by regional investors, this business is well-funded and embarking on an ambitious journey to develop and build over 150 MW of clean energy projects in the next three years.

This role is important in driving the company's hyper-growth journey, taking ownership of B2B sales origination, deal closure , and strategic client development . You will work directly with the CEO and executive leadership to shape the company's sales strategy, strengthen customer partnerships, and accelerate Vietnam's clean energy transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Business Development

  • Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to define and execute the company's sales and growth strategy.
  • Identify and engage corporate and industrial customers across South and Central Vietnam.
  • Lead end-to-end sales activities, from origination and proposal to deal closure.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments in collaboration with the projects and engineering teams.

Client Management & Proposal Development

  • Prepare and present commercial proposals and sales presentations with the support of engineering and commercial team members.
  • Assist in EPC bid management, offer preparation, and contract finalization.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings, workshops, and follow-ups.

Market Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Provide valuable market feedback and recommend improvements to products and sales strategies.
  • Deliver regular pipeline and performance reports to senior management.
  • Manage internal reporting and maintain structured documentation of client interactions.

Travel & Execution

  • Conduct domestic travel as required.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality execution of deliverables under tight deadlines.
