Role Description
1. Market Development & Sales Growth
Identify, target, and sign contracts with new partners across Wholesaler, Retail/Detail, and MT (Supermarkets/Convenience Stores) systems.
Develop and manage distributors supplying to TT pharmacy and beauty shop channels.
Develop and execute business plans for the product category aligned with the company's overall objectives.
Monitor periodic sales results and implement timely corrective actions to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
2. Key Account Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with major distributors and strategic partners within the FMCG/Supplement industry.
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, promotions, and contracts within authorized budget guidelines.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through regular engagement and rapid problem resolution.
3. Market Intelligence & Strategy
Collect and analyze market data, including competitor activity, product consumption trends, and price fluctuations.
Propose sales strategies to expand market share in MT and TT channels
4. Operational Coordination
Work closely with Logistic, Regulatory Affairs and Accountant departments to ensure smooth execution of promotional activities and logistics.
Forecast product demand and develop contingency plans to minimize stock-outs.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in FMCG / Dietary Supplements, with a strong background in Traditional Trade (TT) sales. Proven experience working with MT pharmacy chains and distributors serving TT pharmacy and beauty shop channels.
Experience in a Japanese company and E-commerce is preferred.
Skills: Proficient in English and MS Office. Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
Attitude: Challenge-oriented with a passion for the healthcare and clean food industry.
