About the Company

Adecco's client, a highly reputable non-life insurance company is looking for an experienced and driven Senior Sales Manager to lead the expansion of its business. This is a high-impact leadership role, responsible for driving sales performance, developing distribution channels, and strengthening market presence across corporate segments.

You will play a key role in shaping the commercial strategy, coaching the sales team, and delivering strong business growth.

Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Business Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for non-life insurance products (Motor, Health, Property, Liability, Engineering, PA, etc.).
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand corporate and retail client portfolios.
  • Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with partners and brokers.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual targets.
  • Monitor performance, analyze sales results, and implement improvement plans.
  • Provide ongoing training on products, sales techniques, and market updates.

Market Insights & Product Support

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to optimize sales approach.
  • Collaborate with Product, Underwriting, and Claims teams to ensure competitive offerings and client satisfaction.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare reports on sales performance and strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure all sales activities follow regulatory and company compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Insurance, or related fields.
  • Minimum 710 years of experience in Non-Life Insurance, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of non-life insurance products and distribution channels.
  • Proven track record of leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and leadership capabilities
  • Good command of English.
