Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive specializing in the fragrance ingredients industry, located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
- The role involves developing and maintaining strong client relationships, handling sales negotiations, and identifying new business opportunities within the fragrance ingredients market.
- The Senior Sales Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide strategic input to achieve sales targets.
- The role also requires conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and business development experience in the fragrance, chemicals, or related B2B industries
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills for building and managing customer relationships
- Comprehensive understanding of fragrance ingredients and market dynamics
- Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and strategic planning
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and deliver results
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Chemistry, Business Administration, or related fields
- Fluency in English; additional language skills will be considered an advantage
