Role Description

  • Lead project development from early-stage influence and specification through to contract closure
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with project owners, consultants, contractors, and strategic partners
  • Develop winning bid strategies and coordinate closely with proposal and factory teams
  • Improve shortlist win-rate through disciplined opportunity qualification and structured pipeline management
  • Contribute to key account development and long-term reference projects

Qualifications

  • 5 - 8+ years of experience in project-based B2B sales within the water sector (industrial equipment, pumps, MEP, infrastructure, etc.)
  • Engineering background with strong technical-commercial acumen
  • Proven success in managing complex tenders and large-scale project cycles
  • Strong influencing skills, ownership mindset, and structured execution discipline
