About PrintPoss PrintPoss is a fast-growing Print-on-Demand platform connecting sellers with automated production and fulfillment infrastructure. We're looking for a Senior to own and grow our Seller Growth (SG) function.
The Role Once a seller makes their first top-up, they're yours. The SG team is responsible for everything after that — retention, growth, and turning sellers into long-term partners. You'll lead a team of 2–5, setting the standard for how PrintPoss keeps sellers active and scaling.
What You'll Do
- Build team workflows, KPIs, and SOPs; coach and develop each team member
- Monitor daily order trends per seller, catch early signs of drop-off, and act fast
- Proactively help sellers expand their product catalog and grow order volume
- Handle escalations, own seller satisfaction, and bridge internal teams (production, shipping, tech)
- Deliver regular reports and data-driven insights to leadership

- Daily order growth (MoM) across the full portfolio
- Retention rate post first top-up
- Seller satisfaction score
- Team member performance
What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years in Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B/B2C Sales — e-commerce, logistics.
- Some experience leading or mentoring others
- Data-driven mindset — you read numbers, spot patterns, and act on them
- Strong relationship skills — sellers should want to call you when things get tough
- Proactive by nature; you don't wait for problems to escalate
Nice to Have
- Background in print, POD, or fulfillment
- CRM or customer management tool experience
- Familiarity with POD seller ecosystems
