Job Description

(Location: Ho Chi Minh City)

Currently we are recruiting 1 Senior Sales Manager for our client.

The Company is a growing textile manufacturing business specializing in weaving, knitting, dyeing, and fabric production for export markets, especially Europe. We are expanding our commercial team to strengthen relationships with garment factories, international brands, and sourcing partners across Vietnam.

 

Job Functions

  • Prospect clients such as international fashion brands and garment factories. Target markets include, but are not limited to, Europe and Vietnam. Manage the full sales cycle.
  • Build strong relationships with clients in general, as well as textile and garment manufacturers in Vietnam.
  • Coordinate closely with production, technical, and office teams to ensure clients satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage a new sales team of 4 members across Hanoi and HCMC.
  • Build and drive sales strategy to meet annual revenue targets.
  • Support annual business planning and revenue growth strategy.
  • Analyze market trends, needs and competitor activities.

Employee Skills, Experience, and Attributes

  • 9–10+ years of sales/business development experience in textile, fabric, garment, weaving, knitting, or dyeing industry.
  • Strong network within Vietnam textile and garment industry.
  • Proven experience working with European customers/markets.
  • Good understanding of textile production processes: Weaving /Knitting /Dyeing /Fabric development
  • Experience managing sales teams.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • English: Good communication skills required.
  • Chinese: Intermediate level is a plus.
  • Ability to travel domestically when required.
  • Preferred Educational Background Bachelor's degree:  Textile Engineering /Garment & Textile Manufacturing /Business Administration / Economics /Sustainability / Sustainable Development /Supply Chain Management or related fields
