Senior SA (Remote)

We are looking for a Solution Architect who serves as the Technical Leader and

Decision-Maker for outsourced engineering teams. This role requires designing the

full ecosystem (Blockchain, Apps, Back-Office) and confidently communicating the

rationale behind solutions to ensure successful implementation, all while strictly

adhering to Banking Security and Compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership & Guidance: Act as the primary technical leader for

outsourced software engineers. Must make solution decisions, clearly articulate

the underlying reasoning and why of the architecture, and guide the team

through complex implementation challenges.

Full-Stack Solution Design: Architect comprehensive solutions covering Layer 1

Blockchain nodes, Smart Contracts, APIs, Web/Mobile Apps, and Back-Office

Operation Systems.

Security & Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with Bank of Thailand

regulations and IT Security guidelines. Proactively manage security

architectures, vulnerability patching, and cyber security standards.

Partner & Client Integration: Design flexible and scalable solutions to onboard

external partners and support specific client business requirements.

High-Performance Engineering: Optimize systems for national-scale usage,

ensuring high throughput (TPS) and low latency under heavy load.

Requirements:

Experience: 7+ years in System/Solution Architecture, with prior experience

leading technical teams (either internal or outsourced).

Blockchain Tech: Deep understanding of EVM and Cosmos SDK

General Tech: Proficiency in AWS Cloud, Microservices, and Containerization.

Mindset: Strong decision-making, excellent communication skills to explain

complex technical concepts, and a security-first approach in regulated

environments.
