As aSenior DeveloperatZIGExN VeNtura, you will play a critical role throughout our

development lifecycle-fromdesigninganddevelopingto maintaining advanced web

applications. By collaborating closely with team members, you'll ensure our technology

stack remains reliable, scalable, and innovative.

• Analyze system requirementsanddevelop web applications.
• Ensurecode quality, adhere to SOLID principles,apply design patterns, andoptimize database performance.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager and Bridge SE to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with team members toresolve technical issues.
• Researchanddevelop new technologyrelated to the project.
• Mentor team members by sharing expertise, conducting code reviews, aligning strictly with coding standards, and suggesting best practices
• Help the team detect and solve an issue while operating the whole system or in the daily workflow
• Write technical documentation.

Must Have:

• Graduated from a college or university with a degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• 5+yearsofsoftware development experience, with a focus onweb application technologies, and work experience in theRuby on Railsframework.
• 3+yearsof experience in working with Search Engine (Elasticsearch, Solr).
• Proficient in software engineering best practices throughout the development life cycle (coding standards, code reviews, version control, build processes, testing, operations, monitoring,etc.).
• Strong atSOLID principles, design patterns,andoptimizing website performance.
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and good time management skills.
• Highly motivated, with a Can-do attitude and a product (client) mindset.
• Can work effectively under high pressure.

Nice to Have:

• Experienced withFEandJSframeworks:VueJS,ReactJS.
• Knowledge ofCI/CD methodologiesis preferable.
• Knowledge ofCloud servicessuch asGCP and AWSis preferable.
• Experienced withApacheorNginx Web ServerandDocker configuration.
• Demonstrated use ofGenerative AI tools(e.g.ChatGPT, Cursor, Devin)to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale
