KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare comprehensive analysis, design and implement complex underwriting workflows with major business impact
- Conduct advanced data analysis methods and visualization techniques to optimize existing UW process in terms of approval rates, risk, products and time to yes regarding risk and business needs
- Monitor closely portfolio health of assigned product and take immediate action if needed
- Maintain and improve data infrastructure
- Cooperate with other departments on projects of related business stream
- Share knowledge with junior positions in team
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in Data Analysis OR Products portfolio management
- Experience in Underwriting/ Risk management /Credit Risk Analysis for revolving products within the Banking/ Financial/ Fintech is a big plus.
- Proficiency in SQL and basic knowledge of other programming language like Python, R, Matlab, etc.
- Good business sense, logical and analytical thinking
- Good English skills
