1. Risk Analysis & Assessment
- Perform data analysis, review, and risk assessment across all factory operations.
- Develop and implement execution plans.
- Take responsibility for collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets to identify potential risks.
2. Risk Management Reporting
- Consolidate and prepare periodic risk management reports.
- Propose solutions to ensure portfolio quality and monitor, supervise, and report on the implementation of such solutions, including but not limited to:
- Early warning reports
- Asset/credit quality and risk provisioning reports
- Credit grouping reports
- Loss ratios
- Marginal risk indicators
- Other risk mitigation solutions
- Periodically calculate, measure, and report financial risk indicators in compliance with legal regulations, State Bank requirements, shareholders standards, and internal company policies.
3. Compliance Assessment
- Develop compliance policies, regulations, and procedures to control and prevent risks.
- Prepare annual compliance assessment plans.
- Coordinate and conduct compliance assessments and report results to the Board of Directors after completion.
- Prepare reports and monitor corrective actions of departments through operational supervision and post-remediation evidence review.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
- Proven experience in reporting, data analysis, and proposing solutions for enterprise-wide risk management and compliance control.
- Strong management, problem-solving, and situation-handling skills.
