We are seeking a Research Associate or Senior Research Associate with hands-on experience in 3D organoid culture and microfluidic (organ-on-chip) systems to support advanced in vitro models for drug discovery and translational research.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish and maintain 3D organoid cultures (patient- or cell line–derived).
  • Perform experiments using microfluidic / organ-on-chip platforms, including perfusion systems.
  • Execute drug response, toxicity, and/or immune–tumor interaction assays.
  • Conduct downstream analyses (viability assays, imaging, IF, molecular assays).
  • Analyze data, maintain ELN records, and follow SOPs and biosafety standards.
  • Collaborate with project leads on study planning, timelines, and data interpretation.
  • Support internal reports, presentations, and external publications or regulatory documentation.
  • Interface with vendors and evaluate new microfluidic platforms or reagents.
  • (Senior level) Independently design experiments, optimize workflows, and mentor junior staff.

REQUIREMENTS

  • RA: BSc/MSc in Life Sciences or Bioengineering with experience in 3D culture.
  • SRA: MSc/PhD with demonstrated expertise in organoids and microfluidic systems.
  • Strong aseptic technique and experience with human-derived samples preferred.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, work independently, and collaborate across teams.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Patient-derived organoids (PDOs)
  • Immune cell co-culture or tumor microenvironment models
  • High-content imaging or automated platforms
  • Exposure to bioinformatics or DNA/RNA-based data analysis approaches is a plus.

Salary range: 20-35mil +++
