Our client, a leading well-known asset management firm, is seeking for a talented Senior Research Analyst (Equity):
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth sector, market, and company research to identify attractive investment themes and potential opportunities.
- Build, maintain, and update financial models for pipeline opportunities and existing portfolio companies.
- Analyze business models, competitive dynamics, industry structure, and financial performance within assigned sectors.
- Support investment thesis development, valuation analysis, and risk assessment.
- Prepare investment memos, research reports, and presentation materials for internal investment committees.
- Assist in due diligence processes, including commercial, financial, and strategic assessments.
- Track sector trends, macroeconomic developments, and regulatory changes relevant to investments.
- Actively participate in investment discussions and cross-functional deal teams.
- Represent the investment process in interactions with internal stakeholders, advisors, and external partners.
- Contribute to materials for internal and external publications, where appropriate.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; CFA or equivalent is a plus.
- 25 years of experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, Consulting, or Equity Research.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking ability
