Interpret insights from data, handling data processing to serve business insight.
Ability to do site/field visits for data collection.
Quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
Academic report writing with data insights.
Ability to do site/field visits for data collection.
Willing to work under pressure.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree
4+ year of experience in Research role
Good knowledge of macro economy and real estate market.
Experience in data collection and analysis from multiple sources.
Good skills of excel & PowerPoint.
Good English in both communication and writing.
Knowledge of data processing tools is a plus.
