JOB TITLE: Senior Reliability Engineer (Very attractive salary)

JOB LOCATION: Bac Ninh Province

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this role, you will collaborate with engineers and display vendor to make sure smooth rel execution on the ground:

• Monitoring Rel testing is handled correctly under Test SOP in Vendor Lab, and ensure Rel test schedule is kept as Planned
• Conduct lab equipment readiness check before test start, and Communicate with Vendor in reliability testing plans/test SOP document for test execution
• Report/summarize test result and present complex data cleanly, and discuss with the engineers about the findings or problems

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

Services are targeted to support the foundation & Success of display Rel lab in Bac Ninh Province, Vietnam. If you excel in the following focus areas, you may be a great fit for our team:

• Experience working on consumer electronic products in a design, manufacturing or product / test engineering role (at least 3 years)
• Experience working on NPI projects and engage with Reliability Tests
• Basic Knowledge of Reliability Engineer and familiar with Reliability test setup and Lab Audits
• Vietnam native speaker with English written and verbal communication skills, Experience working with Foreign team (US or China) will be a plus
• Ability to drive decisions and problem solve in an unattended manner
• Highly self-motivated person with innovative thinking
• Education: BS or MS degree in engineering, or equivalent degree 3+ years applicable experience
