This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Relationship Manager, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Senior Relationship Manager will oversee client relations, develop and maintain key partnerships, and ensure client satisfaction by addressing their financial needs. Responsibilities include managing client portfolios, identifying new business opportunities, providing strategic financial advice, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions efficiently. Additionally, the role involves analyzing market trends to enhance client offerings and upholding a high standard of service excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Client Relationship Management and Account Management
• Proficiency in Strategic Planning and Business Development
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills to manage high-level client interactions
• Knowledge of Financial Planning, Investment Analysis, and Risk Assessment
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Proven track record in achieving sales and performance targets
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the financial services or banking industry is highly advantageous
